CHATTANOOGA, TN The Chattanooga Zoo hosts its third annual after-hours event dedicated to animal enrichment, the Beastly Feast 6-8 p.m. Nov. 8.
Guests have the opportunity to observe carnivores exercising their naturalistic behaviors and indulging in carcass feedings. Throughout the evening, guests can learn from zookeepers why carcass feedings and other animal enrichment is vital for the physical, emotional and mental health of the animals.
In addition to the enrichment activities, Beastly Feast will offer the opportunity to purchase food and drinks at the zoo’s restaurant, Wild Burger, and refreshment carts. There will also be cash bars that will serve beer and wine for those looking to have a wild night.
Beastly Feast tickets are now on sale in the Zoo Gift Shop during normal operating hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Tickets will be sold at the door if not sold out. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children. Children 2 and under are free. Zoo members receive 50% off ticket price.
