Con Hunley Concert to Benefit Walters State Foundation

MORRISTOWN, TN – Walters State Community College presents “An Evening with Con Hunley In Concert” to benefit the Walters State Foundation 7 p.m. Feb. 22 in the R. Jack Fishman Library on the Morristown Campus. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

High Lonesome Senate, Walter State Community College’s bluegrass band, will open the show at 6:30 p.m.

Hunley has released 20 charting singles with classics like “Oh Girl” and “What’s New with You.” His accolades include nominations from both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. “Sweet Memories” was named one of the top albums of 2004 by CMT. His soulful sounds win praise from fans and critics.

After successful stints with record labels MCA, Capitol and Warner Brothers Records, he is recording on IMMI.

Tickets are $30, $40 and $50.
