A new Dolly Parton Christmas album is on its way! The album, titled “A Holly Dolly Christmas,” will be released this fall. There’s no better way to get into the Christmas spirit than listening to Dolly sing our favorite holiday tunes. The album will include popular Christmas songs like “I Saw Mama Kissing Santa Claus” and “Circle of Love” from Dolly Parton’s TV movie, “Christmas of Many Colors.”
That’s not all, however. Our Smoky Mountain hometown hero revealed the album will feature duets with several popular celebrities, including Michael Buble, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus and Jimmy Fallon. There will also be a track with Parton’s brother, Randy, and her niece, Heidi.

Last year, “Christmas at Dollywood” premiered on the Hallmark Channel. This holiday movie tells the story of a Broadway producer/single mom who returns to Tennessee to co-produce a show at the Smoky Mountain Christmas festival. Her co-producer doesn’t see eye-to-eye with her and is more interested in earning a promotion than the show itself. Dolly Parton herself makes an appearance in the film!
While the film premiered in 2019, keep an eye out this Christmas season to see if Hallmark replays it during their Countdown to Christmas. You can also watch Dolly’s NBC TV movie special, “Christmas of Many Colors.” This heartwarming story is about a young Dolly Parton and her family as they push through hardships to keep the Christmas spirit alive.
